The water was shut off by the city due to non payment upon arrival. Tried contacting the only phone number listed multiple times before check in and once we realized the water was shut off. The contact lady said she was “ at work” and that’s why she didn’t answer the 4 previous phone calls. Provide another phone number if that’s the case. She did contact the property owner and the water was turned on within an hour. Multiple electrical outlets not working , light bulbs out , living room tv runs off an x box and very confusing to navigate, back porch roof leaks , tiny charcoal grill and the “ pond” is basically a water drainage ditch . The house itself is well laid out and has plenty of potential. Good neighborhood from what we could tell and a pretty convenient location. My suggestion to the owners would be to take the time to fix all the problems with the house and try again. It could be a great place.
