    Wonderfully located in the tranquil Bear Trap Dunes community, this charming condo is a sure bet for your Atlantic ocean and beach getaway. Schedule a tee time at the on-site course or take the seasonal shuttle just minutes to the sparkling shoreline, where you can participate in fun rentals like kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, and deep-sea fishing. Bear Trap Dunes boasts excellent shared amenities available for an additional fee, like glittering pools, hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness area, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, and a clubhouse. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the two-bedroom space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers lovely pond views and alfresco dining. There's also a balcony with additional seating. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Find the epitome of comfort in the spacious main bedroom, boasting a large closet and a lovely en suite bathroom. For convenience, a washer/dryer is provided. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who purchase amenity passes must do so on-site. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The home was ideal. Plenty of room and the screened in deck was a huge hit! Beds were very comfortable and it's decorated beautifully. Located in a perfect resort amenity complex. Definitely worth the money!

Fantastic Condo close to golf course

Wow! Amazing and spacious three bedroom unit and very close to great golf. Went for the weekend with friends. Place was super clean and very spacious. Got to use the beautiful screened in porch and deck that gets lot's of all day sun. We will definitely be back!

Everything was awesome. Only negative comment is related to the clubhouse. We couldn’t find it and it’s not a waterview property. There is a drainage pond in the back on the lower level. We will definitely be back.

Bear Trap Stay

Overall, we enjoyed the property and it suited our needs. We did not use the outside amenities. The internet service is very slow. I did not like the shower head in the master bedroom - the water comes out pretty forcefully and you can't adjust it.

Not What we expected for service

Overall the unit was just as described except it WAS NOT very clean. We had to reclean the kitchen including glassware and the dirty sink. No mattress cover and when we texted the property manager they intimated they would come and make thing right - they never did. I will not use VACASA again.

Wonderful quiet stay at Bear Trap Dunes.

We booked a three night four day day at 2:10 H October. Glory at bear trap dunes. The moment we arrived, we commented on how quiet the neighborhood was the ease of getting in and then walking up the stairs on Plush carpeting to a very open space plan was what my wife and I both needed. The accommodations were furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen living room and bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable to either relax on the patio or at night when we slept the loft area is a nice addition if you’re going to have more than four people with you since it was just the both of us we didn’t get to utilize It. The property is in close proximity to Bethany Beach Fenwick Island, and some of the other towns in that Delaware area everything was clean and the apartment had a good fresh smell to it if I were to have one suggestion, I didn’t feel like it was worth spending 65 per person to utilize the outdoor pool and gym area. if it was my unit, I would have bought the passes and make them available for guests who spent a good amount of money booking through Verbo to utilize the pool again just my thoughts, especially since the weather was not good to go to the beach on a couple days. Otherwise we would highly recommend you book this unit if you are passing through town or want to be able to enjoy the local amenities, including some of the best crab and seafood that we have tasted 5 stars for us to rate this stay.
