Welcome to Bayside at Bethany Lakes! This 1875 square foot 3BR townhouse/condo is in a beautifully maintained, family-friendly, amenity-rich neighborhood in Ocean View, Delaware. Check-in days are Monday or Friday.
The home offers two living rooms. The lower level has a 55” HD television with a Roku Ultra streaming device with a Guest Login feature and a Nintendo game system. Also on this level are a powder room, and an ottoman that converts to a single bed. A deck on the front of the house is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
The upper living area features a full kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, and a den with 55" Roku HD Smart TV with Guest Login feature and Blu Ray DVD player. Both Roku devices are hardwired for a fast, stable internet connection.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and full closets. Large primary bedroom includes an HD television with streaming services, walk-in closet, spacious en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a private covered balcony with chairs. The garage, which is accessed in the rear of the home, is used primarily for unloading and storage. Beach toys and chairs are available for guest use.
Parking spaces are available in front of the home as well as on either end of the street.

Bayside at Bethany Lakes is an exceptional waterfront resort community. Free amenities include fishing docks, tennis courts, playground, and creekside deck with gazebo for enjoying the incredible sunsets. Optional amenities fee covers use of indoor pool and hot tub, large outdoor pool overlooking White Creek, fitness center, game room, steam room and community grill.
This home is in a great central location, only a 5-10 minute drive to multiple beaches and other attractions like James Farm Ecological Preserve, Assawoman Canal Trailhead, Bethany Beach boardwalk, shops and many fabulous restaurants. If you want to venture a little bit further, Rehoboth Beach with extensive shopping and dining options is 22 minutes to the north and Ocean City, Maryland is 25 minutes to the south. Dewey Beach with its excellent bars and restaurants and exciting night life, including concerts by national acts, is a 16 minute drive north.

$200 per rental. At this time there is no daily or per-person rate.
Instructions for paying fee to Bayside at Bethany Lakes will be provided after booking. Amenities fee must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to check-in to avoid additional $35 charge.
