The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need for a meal at home, along with a Keurig and slow drip coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and glass cooktop with oven. The dining area sits inside the kitchen and the table seats 6. The spacious and comfortable living room comes with a large sofa and sofa bed, additional chairs, and a large TV for movie night. The enclosed porch is perfect for morning coffee, seeing the beautiful sights, bird watching, and catching those gorgeous sunsets. There are bikes, beach chairs and a beach cart for guests to use. This condo is Dog Friendly, for medium-sized dogs, less than 50 lbs. No more than 2 dogs allowed per reservation. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog.

The first bedroom, near the front door, comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The primary bedroom comes with a king bed, ceiling fan, and a large-screen TV. The en suite bathroom for the primary bedroom comes with a shower/tub combo. A hallway bathroom sits in between the 2 bedrooms and comes with a shower/tub combo as well.
