Perfect for large families, couples, and groups of friends, this new two-story home located three miles from Bethany Beach has been designed and equipped to offer guests an incredible place to create everlasting memories! Spend lazy evenings catching up with your friends and enjoying the weather on the covered patio, which has been furnished with a comfortable bench with cushions. Or take a quick stroll to the newly developed park, which offers a sea-themed playground that's perfect for kids of all ages. The park also offers walking trails, an exercise route, and pickleball courts that are perfect for an afternoon pick-up game.

The first floor of the home boasts a spacious and bright open floor plan where the living and dining areas and the kitchen are seamlessly combined into one great gathering space. Spread out comfortably in the living area with its inviting sofas and stream a favorite series on the 65-inch smart TV with streaming capabilities. Then, after spending the evening catching up with your favorite series, head over to the open kitchen for a much-deserved snack or meal. The kitchen is complete with all new modern stainless steel appliances, including a spacious fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Keep the cook company while sitting at the four-person island and then gather at the six-person dining table to enjoy the feast. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Three out of four bedrooms are located on the first level along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom with a tub/shower. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom with two beds, a 55-inch smart TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower offers a private space.

This new house is in a great location with easy access to the grocery store, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, ice cream and candy shops, the post office, and so much more all within two miles and the beach within three miles! Enjoy other nearby attractions getting ice cream and boardwalk fries on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth, or a trip to Assateague State Park to see wild horses!

Beach House in Bethany

Great house for a family trip to Bethany and surrounding areas. Great open space for kitchen, living room, and eating area. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions within a couple minutes drive.
