Det är en takvåning stil två-nivå 4 sovrum och 4 badrum lägenhet enhet. Det ligger på översta våningen med panoramautsikt över 360 från alla rum. Det erbjuder den bästa utsikten i hela komplexet. Det finns två stora rum på övervåningen med king size-sängar och eget badrum. Nedervåningen har ett rum med en queen size-säng och ett med en full trillbädd (kommer snart men inte visas för närvarande har en utdragbar soffa), båda har på sviter. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och stort vardagsrum. Det finns en avskärmad veranda utifrån med utsikt över bukten och en stor veranda i framsidan också med utsikt över vattnet. Denna gemenskap har många bekvämligheter att erbjuda. Till exempel, stor i marken pool med endast vuxna, 9-håls golfbana med en liten avgift, miles av naturstigar, tillgång till bukten, basket, volleyboll och tennisbanor. Det är mycket privat och tyst, mycket att göra för att hålla din familj underhållen så länge du väljer att stanna. Det ligger några minuter från restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker och Bethany Beach.

We had a wonderful time at Bethany Bay! Yass and Natalia were wonderful to book with and the home was exactly as described. We enjoyed all the amenities of the community and especially enjoyed the beautiful views that every room has to offer. We will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful property, Everything in the listing is correct but there are some critical details that are not included. Based on the pictures we were expected a free standing house. The unit is actually a condo and is on the third floor of the building. One of the main features we were looking for was a first floor bedroom. The unit lists two first floor bedrooms, which is correct but a more accurate description would be to say that the bedrooms are on the first floor of a third floor unit. The owners were very timely in responding to our questions. Overall, it is a great property. A great third floor property,

The house was lovely and spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the screened in porch overlooking the tidal pond. We spent a great deal of time out there. So much wildlife. It really was hard to leave.

Relaxing

The property was great. There was plenty of room for all 9 people and the property was convenient to many of the beach attractions. The view was great to wake up to each morning and we also enjoyed going to the pool. Great experience and would definitely come back.

Very well run and spacious property with water views

Yass and Natalia were very efficient and responsive! Their place was exactly right for two families of four. The en-suite bathrooms really made it comfortable. Location was great for sunsets on the bay side of Bethany. Pool in the complex was great for the kids. Would recommend!

Amazing

We have stayed at many condos in Bethany Bay over the years and this by far had the most amazing views from every window, front deck, and screened in back porch! Everything was spectacular. Amazing trip and we will definitely return!!!!

Quiet retreat

The condo was as expected and spacious. Loved the views, screened in porch and access to the small beach. We golfed a few days and enjoyed the pool. The neighbors we came in contact with were very friendly. The communication with the owners was spot on, they replied in a very quick manner with any questions or concerns.

Beauty of a Gem!

I stayed at this beautiful serene beach house with my two best friends and it was the best girls trip we've ever had. The complex is meticulously kept as well as the house. The views of the bay and ocean are never ending and breathtaking. They are seen from every room and every window of the house. It feels as if you are on a boat and it feels so serene. Not only are the views of the water spectacular, there is also a plethora of wildlife that surrounds you as well. We saw majestic blue herons white heron, turtles, osprey, deer, and foxes. As a animal lover. this was one of my favorite things to do from house, especially from the screened-in porch. Each one of us had our own bedroom with attached bathrooms to ourselves, such a perk! The linens on the beds are very luxurious, soft, and the beds are made with such care. Every room has amazing views of the water and has a sophisticated theme. It was hard to choose which room to stay in. You want to stay in them all. Even the bathrooms have a serene vibe to them. The house has beautiful beachy touches with a special scrapbook the hosts made to showcase things to do in the area. This made our stay extra special. The kitchen was clean and stocked with all of the kitchen essentials needed. Everything in this house is luxurious, beautiful, and peaceful. The beauty is endless and there is so much to do. We truly had the best time! We cannot wait to return to the beauty of this hidden gem!

Fun-filled beacach week!

My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property had something for everyone: golf, pool & hot tub, wildlife watching, and we rented Yass's kayak, too! The location is great, close to so many things on Atlantic Ave like restaurants, shops, mini golf, grocery stores, and ice cream, yet away from the hustle & bustle, and very quiet and serene. The condo was lovely and very welcoming. My family & I were absolutely spoiled by each of the 4 bedrooms having it's own bathroom! The furniture was comfortable, from the big deep sofa to the dinning table & chairs to the balcony sets. Everything was very clean and obviously well taken care of. It's clear from the appointments and the nice notes left by the owners that they care deeply about their property and the comfort of their guests. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family, and would stay again!

Beautiful Property

This is a spacious property with gorgeous views. The unit is on the third floor and has magnificent scenery. This is an end unit which adds to bright light and airiness. . The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with Yass, the owner is excellent and he answers immediately. He is always available. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view of the water!

We had a family vacation and appreciated the 4 bedrooms with there own private bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed as we cooked in 4 nights. The owner was very quick with any questions I had. The beds were very, very comfortable and I can be quite a bed snob but found them relaxing and we all slept well. I also appreciated that there were ceiling fans in each room including the kitchen. Beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. You can paddle board and kayak right from the property. The beach is just a short drive and didn't bother me at all that we weren't beach front. The pool was great as was the hot tub. There is a 3 par golf course there as well as bike/walking trails. Even though it is on the 3rd floor the views make it worth it. Highly recommend .

Absolutely Beautiful!

The property is beautiful, the ocean view was amazing. The ppl in the community were very friendly. And the property owner was awesome! He kept in communication with me to ensure an easy check in and check out, he even had it posted on the fridge. Everything was clean and me and the kids were truly surprised at the size and beauty of the property. We will definitely be staying again!

Fabulous Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time at this spacious and immaculate property. It is extremely comfortable and welcoming. The views are spectacular and it is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. The owner responds immediately to any questions, comments or concerns. I highly recommend a stay!

We would stay here again if the host provided more things that are typically provided: towels, bedding, TP, soap, etc. I didn’t like having to take up packing space in the car and hauling those supplies up three flights of stairs for nine people for just one night stay.

Great location, beautiful views!

Very nice well-kept condo with spectacular views! Yass was pleasant, thorough, and very responsive. We spent most of our time on the deck. There is a 4 pc. table set available that fits on the deck with the 2 seated high-top table. There are 3 tv’s (streaming) – 1 in living room, 1 in the master bedroom with king bed, and 1 in the bedroom with queen bed, which we couldn’t get this one to work (signing on to an account), but maybe it’ll work for someone else (my daughter had her laptop so that was fine). There are many board games to choose from. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, flatware, pots/pans, etc. Besides linens, towels, etc. you will need to bring condiments, spices, saran wrap, foil, zip lock bags, paper products, toiletries… (the basics are there – salt, pepper, garlic powder). The pool was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs and table sets with umbrella’s (loved the sauna!). As for the activities on the premises (i.e. basketball, volleyball, tennis), we were told by the staff member that those items are not provided; have to bring your own. Grocery stores (Giant, Weis), liquor store, pizza place, banks, ice cream, gas, etc. are conveniently close. For fitness enthusiasts - Bethany Fitness gym is 10 min away and offers passes to purchase that suit your needs. Couple yoga places nearby as well. During our stay, having amenities included in the rental such as inner tubes, paddle boards for the bay, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. would have been ideal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Bethany Bay

Beautiful property with a lot of rules. The condo and property are both beautiful, but I felt anxious with all of the rules. No shoes, no sand, no moving furniture., no turning the air below 78 degrees, no towels hanging, and no elevator. The kitchen was well stocked, and the decor was well done.
