This unique and stunning custom home boasts 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom making it perfect for large and multi families. Two living rooms and a full kitchenette wet bar with second fridge and dishwasher offer plenty of living space for you and your guests to relax and enjoy your stay.
As you enter on the first floor you are greeted with a spacious living room, a warm and inviting space with fireplace, TV, and a kitchenette bar. The bottom level has two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and offers ocean views. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed. There is an additional half bathroom and the laundry room on this level.
As you make your way up to the second level you will find an amazing open space with vaulted ceiling and large picture windows facing the Pacific. The large living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather.
The elevated dining room has seating for 8 guests. The large open kitchen and second half bathroom completes this space. Off of the kitchen there is a large patio with glass windwall. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks while you throw dinner on the BBQ.
Two bedrooms complete this level, a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom with king bed with a bathroom that will not disappoint.
There is a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room allowing the home to accommodate a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
Guests have private use of the entire home.

The stretch of beach in front of the homes along Strand Way is the vehicular access for the Oceano Dunes recreation area. Vehicles in this area must proceed at less than 15 miles an hour and remain close to the shoreline. ATV`s and other vehicles are not allowed near the homes.
No parties or events. Primary renter must be 25 years old
