“Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker.”

“Beds were nit made, bathroom was not clean, dirty towels everywhere. I checked in around 11 PM, and the room they provided me was basically not touched. I told the front desk she wrote a note and said she doesn't have cleaners. I shed for a refund, she said it was booked via expedia and I need to request it through expedia. Very terrible experience”

“First room that I was put in had huge flies just swarming me, also the TV had a short in it because every time I tried to turn the tv it cut off and I had to ask for another room and was given a much cleaner room. The laundry room wasn't working.”

“My first room had multiple roaches and it looked like water damage in the room on the ceiling and the appliances were worn down with horrible staining on them. My second room had some marker on the bed and the bottom portion of the door was missing so could see into the hall. The lobby smelled like poop and down the hallway smelled like a fish market.
