“Bra trevlig hjälpsam personal, rymligt rum. Lite svårt gå i duschen när det är badkar. Kylskåpet dundrade lite högt. Bra hotell och som sagt hjälpsam trevlig personal. Bra läge.”

The location is walking distance to restaurants, across the street from a great local brewery, and a short drive to Tanglewood and other area attractions. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the nightly rate was competetive. ”

While we stayed at the Yankee, we expected a delivery from UPS and the staff at the registration ensured that we would be informed as soon as it arrived at the Yankee. There was a delay from UPS and it caused us some stress. The Yankee staff made sure we were kept informed of the delivery. Their concern was greatly appreciated. Thank you.”

“Supernice hotel just outside Lenox. New and clean. Cosy to sit by the outdoor fireplace with your drink. The only downside for me was the not do equiped gym.”
