CASA LAGO is the perfect symbiosis of comfort and nature. This pearl is one of only two accommodations in the SELÃO DA EIRA VELHA Nature Paradise, which is located in the middle of a National Ecological Reserve in a river valley on the edge of the Serra de Monchique. This valley has an unmistakable atmosphere thanks to the harmonious coexistence of Alentejo forest with a wide variety of trees and shrubs in the gardens, fruit trees and organic horticulture, with chickens, geese and dozens of peacocks roaming freely in between. The waters of the stream, a pond and several lakes with swans and ducks give the space a special liveliness and freshness. In the night sky, the Milky Way looks like a celestial blanket.

CASA LAGO is a true refuge, and at the same time ideal for a family with children or two couples. It is also suitable for extended stays and for teleworking with free, reliable and high-speed WiFi. Being an ecological construction with good insulation and efficient heating, the house offers a pleasant atmosphere all year round, to which the individual interior decoration also contributes. With 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower/washbasin and separate WC, the house is ideal for 4 people, but with the sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed in the attic, occupancy with 5 or 6 people is quite possible. The living room has a private terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and integrated dining room open onto a large terrace with a dining table by one of the lakes. In cooler weather, the wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere of this house.

The communal area with a swimming pool, traditional wood-burning oven and barbecue with a terrace next to the stream is shared with the guests in CASA CISNE (2-3). The two lodgings can be interconnected, creating a comfortable house for up to 8 people to rent exclusively. Pets are also welcome (additional fee applies).
