Vi hade för länge sedan bokat och betalat för ett rum med balkong. Bodde 4 nätter på hotellet. Man lovade oss att vi skulle få ett rum med balkong dag 2 på eftermiddagen, men när vi efter en hel dag ute kom tillbaka hade man inte ordnat det. Som kompensation fick vi lite frukt och bubbelvin vilket jag inte tyckte var ok. Jag sa att vi borde få tillbaka lite pengar men det gick inte då vi redan hade betalat hotellet. Jag kan inte förstå hur man kan ta betalt för ett rum med balkong och sedan säga att de inte har några sådana rum kvar och då skylla på att man inte kan betala tillbaka något. Urdåligt.

väldigt bra hotell (vi bokade lyxsviten med egen pool & bastu bla.) enda negativa var väl frukosten/lunchen som ingick då den inte var nå vidare alls faktiskt. Annan mat som vi beställde via roomservice var väldigt bra.

A Charming boutique-hotel in Odessa!
A wonderful boutiquehotel with excellent and friendly staff. Personel is like a famliy and very welcoming. Everything is in excellent shape and the service is inpeckeble. The only minus is the small rooms but it is in fact a boutique-hotel, so...Location is perfect, in the middle of Odessa with a few blocks to walk to the citycentre but thats only good exercise! I will be back and I highly recommend it!

Nice Hotel
Bra hotell med lugnt läge men nära till centrum. Som i övriga Odessa är engelskan inte på topp men helt ok. Vi bokade en romantisk svit men det visade sig vara ett helt vanligt dubbelrum, möjligtvis lite större än ett vanligt men inte värt att betala extra för.

Not at five star hotel in any sense.
Ok hotel but not a five star hotel. A lot of hotels in Odessa that offer better service and better standard of breakfast, rooms and services. Breakfast buffet poor but friendly staff. Poorly put contacts for electricity in room to load phones, computers. High sound of AC in room. Friendly staff in reception. Grade this hotel as a four star hotel because it does not live up to its expectations as a five star at all.

The electricity is good in the room, for charging your phone you need to insert the key card to the box near the door. Perfekt läge i Odessa
Perfekt läge i Odessa. fint hotell med stora rum. Personalens engelska var sådär och det var en extrakostnad för att använda SPA avdelningen. Men jag kan helt klart rekommendera detta hotell.

Budgethotell i värdsklass
Mycket elegant hotel för priset. Ligger mycket nära allt som kan sökas i Odessa. Wi-fi var den bästa jag råkat utför. Hela hotellet andas klass från takkronorna i receptionen till den fria frukosten som var perfekt. Har inget att klaga på.

Mycket nöjd med hotellet generellt men frukosten kunde ha varit lite mer varierad. Dessutom förväntar man sig att få en ordentlig taxi när man beställer via hotellet till flygplatsen och inte en skruttig bil utan bälte körd av en släkting eller liknande.

Fremragende er ordet der dækker mit ophold. Mindre morgenmad buffe men der var rigeligt. Champagne, cogniac, og vodka hvis man er til en dram om morgen. Super service!! Dog er der ikke meget wellnes så vælg ikke hotellet hvis det er højt prioritet! Ligger blot 30 minutters gang fra strandproponadej og 20 minutter fra togstationen.

Location was the best part of the stay, Excellent and central to most everything. Front desk staff not friendly at check-in and usually made it seem like you were bothering them even though the place was empty, on site restaurant very expensive but good. Bartender was the exception as he was extremely friendly and helpful and I didn't even consume alcohol.

This apartment has a bedroom and you can see it in the photo. We offered you different categories of the rooms and suites, but unfortunately you did not want to stay. I visited to Odessa by job reason and this a hotel was a surprise for me . Over affordable Price !!! Friendly stuff !!! Very taste a Breakfast !!! A very nice location in a Odessa's city center !!! Sow nice a decoration and furniture!!! Strongly recommended this a hotel everybody for business, romantic and family trips!!!

Good afternoon dear guest.According to your reservation you booked Single Standard room.We have offered an upgrade to the rroom with double bed but you refused.Accorfing to the rools oh our hotel guests can have visitors but they have to showe their id cards on the reception. great stays here
This is a really great place to stay sort or long term. i stayed this trip 22 days .I have only good words to say about the hotel and staff was really great. this was the 3rd year in a row i stayed here. very good hotel.

Great location !! the spa rental for 1000 UAH for two hours. it’s really big and clean with 2 sauna,pool,showers,bedroom and a big lounge!
