The lively atmosphere of the harbor combined with stunning views of the open water creates a memorable stay. From the living room, you can watch freighters and traditional Frisian 'skûtsjes' sail by, as well as fishermen heading out at dawn in search of the perfect spot. The houseboat is surrounded by water and offers the comfort of a luxury holiday home with a garden. The living area is divided into a sitting area, dining area, and open kitchen. Thanks to the large windows, you can also enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed view from inside.

The sitting area is furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table, chair, and television. Please note that the television does not have regular channels; streaming is available. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, and toaster. There is also plenty of storage space for groceries. At the round dining table, you can enjoy meals together or play a game.

The property has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm and a wardrobe for storing clothes and personal belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a sturdy, interconnected bunk bed measuring 80 × 200 cm and a wardrobe. A folding baby cot measuring 60 × 120 cm and a high chair are available for the youngest guests. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, bathroom cabinet, and mirror.

Houseboat Agua Dolce has a spacious garden of approximately 100 m² beside the water. Here, you can play, barbecue, or cool off with a refreshing dip in the water. Next to the houseboat is a private jetty, where you can moor your own sloop or boat. This allows you to sail directly from your holiday home onto the Sneekermeer.

The houseboat also features a very spacious roof terrace and sundeck of approximately 20 m², accessible via a spiral staircase at the rear. Can you already picture yourself relaxing on the lounge furniture while enjoying the panoramic view? There is also an 8 m² terrace at the front and a 6 m² terrace at the rear.
