This two-bedroom bungalow blends convenience with comfort:
- Bedrooms: King and queen beds, each with a smart TV and closet space
- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for meals or work, plus barstool seating
- Living Room: Cozy sectional, smart TV, and a gas fireplace for relaxing evenings
- Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with counter space
- Laundry: Washer/dryer located in the basement
- Garage: Keypad entry, plus extra room for outdoor gear or small car storage
- Outdoor Space: Fenced backyard with patio and grill (furniture/grill stored in garage during winter)

Before You Book:
- Guest Screening: For direct or extended-stay bookings, we may request guest verification through a secure third-party screening service to support safety and compliance.
- Your stay includes one mid-stay cleaning and a move-out clean in the monthly cleaning fee — keeping the home fresh and comfortable. For stays longer than one month, additional mid-stay cleans are available at a small extra cost, so you can enjoy a worry-free, hassle-free stay.
HOUSE RULES
- No unregistered guests. No parties or events.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time
- No pets (please inquire about service animals)
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Remove shoes within the home
- Basic pickup is required before departure. Please do the dishes, take your garbage outside
- Check in and out on time. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee
