We apologize for bad experiences you had experienced during your 20 minutes visit. However, your feedback is not fully correct. Room was assigned by front desk agent that was having smell and we accept our sincere apology. We found that you were highly frustrated while checking into hotel due to some other issue and you were throwing your frustration to front desk agent.
