Otrolig panoramautsikt och förstklassig plats-nyligen ombyggd

Helt ombyggnad 2014.

Koppla av och njut av den fantastiska utsikten över havet och Ogunquit-stranden från ditt privata däck på tredje våningen. Parkera din bil under veckan eftersom Little Beach och Marginal Way ligger några steg från enheten. Inom en 10 minuters promenad kan du vara vid Perkins Cove eller Ogunquit Village med alla restauranger och shopping som de erbjuder. Ogunquit Beach ligger en 15 minuters promenad eller så finns det en vagnstopp beläget i slutet av gatan. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en plats i markuppvärmd pool, två tennisbanor, lekplats och shuffleboard. Hiss tillgång.

Enheten har alla nya möbler från och med 2013 inklusive ett fullt utrustat kök och en komplett ombyggnad 2014. Observera att lakan och badhanddukar inte tillhandahålls.

This is a great location, with views of the ocean and an easy walk to the Marginal Way. The unit is well laid-out and well equipped (including good wifi and a full kitchen including dishwasher), and the host was very prompt and helpful in all communications.

The name of the property says it all 'Incredible Panoramic Views & Prime Location'. The unit was tastefully decorated and comfortable, but what made it so enjoyable was the views from every room. The location was convenient, and we were able to walk to downtown, the beach, Perkins Cove, and Marginal Way. If you are new to Ogunquit take the time to read the info that Kathy has provided. It is very helpful. Thank you Kathy for making our stay memorable. We hope to visit again next year.

Views from the condo were incredible. Access to Marginal Way and Perkins Cove were appreciated. Food options and walking access to town was fantastic. Ogunquit is a very beautiful town and the people are so friendly. Kathy was easy to communicate wih and the condo had everything we needed. Would definitely hope to return next year!

Very nice apartment/condo with terrific views of Ogunquit beach. Access to walk on Marginal Way is close by and very convenient. Owner responded very quickly to our questions and gave us great recommendations and tips. Unit was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again on a future trip.

We stayed for 4 days, but easily could have stayed for two weeks. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Anything extra you may have needed but forgot was available(beach cooler, chairs).View from the deck was beautiful and so peaceful. The host was attentive and responsive to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We'll be back for a longer stay next time.

Exactly as pictured. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and in walking distance of everything we needed — coffee, restaurants, the beach, etc. Kathy was very responsive to all our needs. Bed is very soft — we prefer a more firm mattress, but otherwise, this rental exceeded expectations.

You cannot find a more beautiful view and ideal location than this property. Park your car and walk everywhere; Perkins Cove, the beach, yes it is possible if you’re not lugging the living room and kitchen with you, restaurants, shopping if you’re so inclined. The trolley stops at the end of the street if you want that. Washing dishes is a treat while you gaze out at Ogunquit beach and river, wake up to the rising or ebbing tide and view the people who arrive at sunrise. This condo has it all and the owner is very accessible, accommodating and happy to make your stay comfortable and fun.

Lovely condo. Comfortable and clean with beautiful views from every room. We walked the short path behind the property to Marginal Way almost every day. Also within walking distance to center of town to eat and shop. Owner responded to our questions quickly. Enjoyed our vacation. Only wish the weather had cooperated better so we could have utilized the balcony.

A Refreshing Getaway

What a way to wrap up the year! The views were incredible and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit is neat, clean and centrally located. We did some sightseeing, shopping, and enjoyed several restaurants...........but mostly we sat quietly and enjoyed the view.

Great Get-Away

We had a fun fall get-away and shopping trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view from every room. We come to Ogunquit several times a year. Always in the summer with the whole family and often in the spring and fall as a couple. This was our first time at this property and we hope to come back.

Great Location

This Condo is in a great location and is the perfect one for a couple. Has two bathrooms which makes it convenient for us. The condo also has a Murphy Bed, so could have another couple but we didn’t use it. It is located about halfway from town and also fro Perkins Cove via the Marginal Way. The Deck is great for the view to the beach and water. We were out there a lot.All in All we would try to get this one again if we go back.

Quaint Ocean view stay

Lovely place to visit, put on a lot of miles on the Marginal Way. Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Condo was efficient for our needs. Great that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable and relaxing setting. Nice boat ride with Finestkind boat tours out of Perkins Cove. Lots of shopping and restaurants serving up great food . Everyone very friendly

Beach Getaway

This unit was in a great location within walking distance of most everything. Marginal Way path is literally right outside the door. If the main beach is not your style there are a couple of little beaches within a short walk. The views from the deck are beautiful. The unit was also clean and well appointed.
