Perched on Level 4 of our ocean view cliffside property, Studio Apartment 4B is a bright, breezy escape ideal for couples, solo travelers, or even small families. With ocean views from your private balcony, this comfortable studio sleeps up to 4 guests.

Other Things to Note:

1. Our pool and cabana area may occasionally be rented out for private events, typically during weekends or school holidays. Events usually last 4–8 hours and end by 10 PM. Guests will be notified in advance. These events typically take place on weekends, bank holidays, and during school holiday periods. NOTE: On Monday’s & Thursday’s between 9am & 10am the pool will be closed for cleaning. If the weather doesn’t allow on the scheduled days then the cleanings will move to the next available days (Tuesday & Friday)



2. CHECK-IN IS AT 4PM AND CHECKOUT IS 11AM. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AN EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT REACH OUT TO US TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND PRICING.



3. The final balance is due 10 DAYS before your stay.

4. The final payment and your security deposit pre-authorization are automated and will be debited from the card on file. Unpaid bookings by the deadline will be canceled without refund.

5. ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, A $100 USD SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE PREAUTHORIZED ON YOUR CARD ONE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. TO AVOID THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION, ENSURE THAT THE CARD ON FILE CONTAINS SUFFICIENT FUNDS.



6. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S EVE BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. ALL OTHER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS HAVE A 4-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. GUESTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK.



7. Paradise Point is a 5-story property built into the cliffside of Maxwell Hill. Apartment 4B is located on Level 4, just one flight of stairs down from the top entrance, or four flights up from the bottom. Due to the number of stairs, this unit is not suitable for guests with mobility concerns.



8. While stylish and thoughtfully designed, our apartments have compact footprints. Please refer to the floor plan in the photos to ensure it suits your needs. 

9. We use solar-powered water heaters to stay eco-conscious. Hot water may be slightly cooler on overcast or rainy days. For energy efficiency, our apartments feature wall-mounted window A/C units. These may not be as quiet or powerful as split or central systems. We kindly ask guests to use A/C only when present in the apartment, as electricity costs in Barbados are among the highest globally.



10. Renovations may occur on Level 3 during weekdays between 10 AM and 6 PM. We do our best to keep disruptions minimal.



11. All guests have full access to the shared property spaces for the number of guests included in your reservation. You may bring up to 2 free visitors. Additional visitors can purchase a Visitor Pass for $25 USD per person (6 hours).



12. The Poolside Party Cabana can be booked for $300 USD (up to 30 guests, 4 hours), or the Rooftop Deck for $200 USD (up to 15 guests, 5 hours), subject to availability. We provide bath towels and bed sheets only. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.



13. We do not offer comforters or blankets as the climate is warm year-round. We are a low-budget property. While our spaces are clean and modern, furnishings are kept simple and affordable. The bed has a metal frame with an 8” hybrid mattress (comfortable, but may squeak). Linens, towels, and kitchen items are from budget suppliers like Amazon and Walmart. 

14. We do not offer 24/7 housekeeping or maintenance. Staff are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and are off on weekends except for emergencies. If your gas tank runs out after hours, you can access a spare from the guest supply closet (Apt 2/Tiny House) or the housekeeping room (Apt 5A). Just message us for the code and a how-to video. 



15. Our property operates with self-check-in via electronic code. Video surveillance is in place for your safety. Expect to see local wildlife like monkeys, lizards, frogs, crickets, and birds, plus our friendly family cat, latte!



16. As Barbados is a developing island, occasional island-wide utility outages may occur, particularly during hurricane season. Being in a central tourist area usually means quicker service restoration, but please note we do not have backup generators, tanks, or satellite internet. 



17. All payments on our website are charged in USD and may incur exchange fees depending on your bank. We are not liable for personal items left behind. Please double-check before checking out. Do not leave personal belongings unattended in shared areas for security reasons. 

18. We do not operate as a hotel. There is no bellhop, daily housekeeping, front desk, or concierge service. We use locally sourced pillows made from chipped foam in some of the apartments. They may be harder than you are used to in your home country.

19. We provide quick-dry grey bath towels for guest use. These towels are of a budget-friendly nature and may differ from the plush, luxury styles you may be accustomed to. If you feel you may not be comfortable with this, we recommend bringing along your own towels for your stay.



20. Important: Power & Plug Information: Barbados uses Type A and Type B power outlets, which are the same plug types commonly used in the United States and Canada.

No plug adapter or voltage converter is generally required for dual-voltage devices.

UK, European & Australian travellers:

You will need a physical plug adapter to use your devices.Hairdryers, straighteners, curling irons and other high-powered appliances designed for 220–240V may not work safely or efficiently in Barbados without an appropriate heavy-duty transformer or voltage converter. A plug adapter only changes the shape of the plug; it does not convert the voltage.

We recommend checking the voltage requirements of your electrical devices before travelling to Barbados to ensure they are compatible with the local power supply.



21. NOTICE: Final payments & pre-authorization holds are automated to the card on file. Ensure the card on file has sufficient funds as failure to make final payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
