You’ll have full exclusive access to the entire home and pool areas during your stay.

We want to make your stay as seamless as possible. Before your arrival, we’ll set up a dedicated contact group for you, so we can easily share information, answer any questions, and assist with anything you might need during your stay. We’re always just a message away!

There is no daily housekeeping service but should you require a mid-stay cleaning one can be arranged at an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange it.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

Please note we do supply some home and bath essentials complimentary upon arrival like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters, and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished.

For outdoor cooking we supply the gas currently in the bottle plus a complete spare for each of the BBQ and grill, which should be adequate for your needs. If you do require more gas, it is available locally for purchase.

Check-in/Check-out: "Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by
11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team
enough time to prepare for the next guests". Late check-out may be
available upon request, subject to availability, and will incur an
additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the premises.
No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited.,
Quiet hours: To respect our local community, please keep noise to a minimum beween 10pm - 8am
No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
Renters may be required to provide ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
