This 3 bedroom, 3bathroom Villa is located on a quiet street, in a gated community on the south coast of the island. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with very limited traffic flow and makes a wonderful home away from home for couples and families alike (Occupancy permitted - 6 people with a maximum of 5 adults). Children are defined as being 12 years of age or under. Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are large and each has its own ensuite bathroom making it an ideal rental for two couples. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and contains a double bed. There is a separate bathroom (with shower) adjacent to this bedroom. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans. The living area is spacious and contains a fully equipped kitchen and eating bar. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for four on the patio where advantage can be taken of the warm temperatures and pleasant tropical breezes. The living room is equipped with a TV with cable. There are ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Wireless internet is available in the house.
Outside of the living room doors there is a large covered patio adjacent to the expanded plunge pool and sundeck. The house is surrounded by tropical vegetation which creates both wonderful surroundings as well as providing additional privacy.
The house is ideally located approximately 10 minutes from Enterprise (Miami) beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. The surfing area is located immediately outside of the gates.
The house is approximately a 15 minute drive from Grantley Adams International Airport. A large Grocery store (with a pharmacy) as well as gas stations are a five minute drive away and there is a golf course within ten to fifteen minutes of the house as well. Restaurants are located near the grocery store as well as on St Laurance Gap ten to fifteen minutes along the South Coast Road.
