“Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. “The comfiness of the bed made it worth the money!!!! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Please make sure ALL the instructions load before you show up: we didn’t make it in till dark and I had no idea there it’s a gated community…I had to bother the sweet staff to try to get the code bc I just got a white screen when trying to pull up info.
