Miljövänliga hotell i Okanagan Valley

“Hotellet var jättefint. Trevlig personal. Bra tvättmöjligheter som man betslar för. Okey frukost, men mycket plast/papp och bra utbud för den typen av kontinental frukost. Ingen hiss. Okey område. Vi hämtade mat ftpn en kinesrestaurang som låg en bit bort. Mycket gott och supertrevlig personal. Ingen restaurang på hotellet. ”

“We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Excellent breakfast, clean room and a comfy bed. Good pool and hot tub. And the self serve coffee and tea bar is very appreciated. Pillows could be better but other than that it was an excellent stay. ”

“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.”

“Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!”
