“Clean room except there was a used men’s golf shirt left on the floor in our room. Great gym and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! Would stay here again next time we’re in Kelowna.”

“The breakfast gal was great. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff were pleasant. The common areas were clean. But the housekeeping staff left something to be desired. We had to insist after 3 nights that the room be cleaned. They did the minimal. In the bathroom the soap dish wasn’t cleaned; the mirror wasn’t cleaned. The towels were just plopped down. The bed wasn’t made; the coffee pods were not replaced. No coffee cups were left. Either the staff is lazy and/or incompetent,...

“People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back”

“We got the suite, which was great for us as a family. There was fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge and dining table. It’s great for family activities while winding down from a long day out or dining in. The breakfast was also great with a lot of options and the young man working that section was very attentive and made sure everything was well stocked. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and most importantly, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Friendly staff, super clean room and common areas. Close to wineries and restaurants. We had a King studio and it was great for two people. The kitchenette was well stocked. We appreciated having a full sized fridge. The breakfast could use some healthier options and gluten free oats or bread. We used the gym during our stay. It has basic equipment but did the job. They need some wipes or cleaning spray so guests can clean the equipment and mats after using them. We enjoyed our stay and...
