Basic clean room with kitchen. Enjoyed the full size refrigerator. No maid service, but knew that when I booked. Conveniently located to restaurants, highway & campus at MSU. Very budget friendly. “We booked this room for Memorial Day weekend to have a small vacation with our grandchildren in Michigan. We were looking forward to using the restaurant and bar and the kids were excited to spend the day in the indoor pool. For some reason the hotel decided to close the restaurant, bar, and pool on Memorial Day. WHAT????? The holidays are when people visiting family rent hotel rooms. We were not notified of this when we booked. Also they had the water turned off for four hours one day. This...

“Nice quiet motel very near the interstate. Easy to find, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a bathtub instead of only a shower!”

“The room smelled terrible. The fridge didn't work and had mold growing in it. The TV didn't work. The beds were okay but we woke up with swollen, irritated eyes that took several hours after we left to go away. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking to use anything in the room. My daughter did enjoy the pool.”

“I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...
