Blue Haven is designed for relaxation and connection. The open-concept layout brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together under bright natural light, creating an effortless flow from indoor comfort to outdoor serenity.

The living room features modern design elements, a sleek black fireplace, and French doors that open to the backyard retreat. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with seating—perfect for cooking and conversation.

The primary suite offers a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in shower, and generous closet space. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and two large closets, ideal for families or extended stays. A downstairs flex room serves as an office, game space, or quiet reading area, depending on your needs.

Step outside to enjoy a private backyard with a swimming pool, pergola, hammock, swing chairs, grill, and outdoor dining area. Surrounded by mature trees and soft lighting, it’s the perfect place to unwind day or night.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard, including the private pool, pergola, hammock, swing chairs, grill, and outdoor dining area. The downstairs flex room is also available for work, relaxation, or play.

You’ll enjoy self check-in with a smart lock for a smooth and private arrival. Driveway parking is available for your convenience, but garage access is not included.

We want you to feel completely at home — the space is yours to enjoy during your stay.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, an Outdoor Amenities & Pool Agreement + Liability Waiver must be reviewed and signed before check-in. This form will be sent after booking confirmation.

Please also note:

Quiet Hours: We ask that guests respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Our neighborhood is residential, so no loud music, parties, or excessive noise.

Pool Maintenance: To keep the pool crystal clear and enjoyable throughout your stay, we perform light maintenance. This typically occurs every other day, but during the fall and spring, daily maintenance may be necessary to manage seasonal debris and temperature changes.

No Smoking or Parties: Smoking and events are not permitted on the property.

Security Cameras: Cameras are located on the exterior only, for guest safety and property security.
