- NOTE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please no excessive noise at any level that might disturb the neighbors. Guests must obey local noise ordinances and observe quiet hours which are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- NOTE: Please do your best to keep the property and all furnishings in good order
- NOTE: -- 4 car maximum. Please park cars in the garage (2 cars). If for some reason, you have cars that cannot fit in the garage, park in the driveway (2 cars) and do not block the sidewalk. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET.
- NOTE: Kids must be supervised 100% of the time
- NOTE: Late checkout without host approval will result in $50 plus $1 for every additional minute stayed.
- NOTE: If you use the grill, please clean to the original state else there will be a $50 additional charge.
- NOTE: If at anytime you have any complaint regarding any part of the residence, upon addressing this with platform/owner, you are authorizing us entry into the property to resolve any issues.
- NOTE: If guests don’t follow rules and it leads to a refund or discount on the next guest, the current guest will be responsible for that
- NOTE: If any of the guests' actions result in additional charges, the guest will be responsible for these charges
- NOTE: No unregistered guests allowed. Guest agrees that no more than the registered persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed.
- NOTE: Evidence of more than the number of registered guests at the property will result in a $75 per person per day fine
- NOTE: We have a zero-tolerance policy. If Guest should fail to comply with any of the rules, no refund will be due. Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest’s property, belongings and leave the Property in good order, free of damage. Failure to vacate will be considered trespassing.
- NOTE: This property includes an internal smart device used to measure excessive noise and temperature in the home. It does not have a camera but does measure volume levels throughout the home while guests are present and will notify the host or host agents if it gets too loud
- Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as fireplaces, grill, stove and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk
