Fantastic Stay for a Large Group â House Has It AllThis house was fantastic and absolutely perfect for our group of 14 (7 adults and 7 kids, ranging in age from 10 down to under 1). Itâs spacious, well-equipped, and loaded with features that made our stay relaxing and fun.Layout Overview1 Bedroom downstairs. King bed, cot and access to the downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink). Upstairs, thereâs one main bathroom with a tub and shower that is shared among 3 of the bedrooms:At the top of the stairs, turning right leads to a bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds total).Turning left and then quickly left again leads to a room with two sets of twin bunks (four beds total).Turning left then right leads to another bedroom with a king bed.At the end of this hallway is the master suite, which is huge and includes a king bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet, and separate toilet area.The house stayed very comfortable for the most part. The air conditioning worked great and kept most rooms very cool. A couple of bedrooms, the main-level bedroom and the upstairs bunk room (two beds) were a bit warmer during the afternoons, 74â76F. These rooms did cool down overnight to around 70F. It was quite hot outside during our stay (95â99F). We had such a great time that none of us wanted to leave. It had everything we needed for a fun, stress-free getaway. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Highly recommend this home.
