We always stay with this owner - she has several properties and we have had nothing but positive experiences at many of them. Rental rate is very reasonable - house is well taken care of and has everything you would need. Communication is great. Definitely recommend staying at one of her properties if you will be in town.

Awesome clean little house for a weeks vacation for a family of 5. Nice neighborhood- we were able to take a walk in the mornings! Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans some spices etc. Host left dishwasher and washing machine packs. It was great to be able to wash our clothes throughout the week! There were tvs in each room so we were able to spread out when we weren’t out sight seeing. Beds were a touch hard but we are a little spoiled in that regard. Overall a very nice stay!

I appreciate the host, the last min accommodations. We had another vrbo and it was canceled the night before. We drove in from CO, It was easy to check in. The host was quick to communicate. Clear instructions.I do feel like the price, the security deposit and such are a bit expensive compared to what you are getting. I understand this home is older however the shower curtain was not clean, the curtain in the shower as well. The shower head needs to be replaced. Again I understand the home is older but the smell was pretty bad. The windows are old and just full of dead bugs, webs and dirt. The home needs some work and a deep clean. We had the necessities we needed however.

Wonderful home close to campus

We needed to come see our son at OU and he was able to stay with us in this great location close to everything. The house was spotless and well maintained and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive as we added a couple of more nights to our stay and we couldn't be more appreciative. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

This property was a perfect location between OU and our family who lives in town. It had all the items needed for a quick basic stay. Celeste was fantastic when we needed to edit our check in time and worked with us quickly! We will definitely keep this property in mind for any future visits!

Location, location

In town for graduation. We had so many errands to run in Norman this weekend and this house was very conveniently located to everything we needed to do. It is not walking distance to campus but very near the majority of Normans shopping. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed.

Home away from home

A storm came through Norman that made my families’ home unlivable. We needed a place to stay while our home was repaired and Celeste was helpful throughout the whole process! We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had to change the dates on her a couple times because of the scheduling of the people working on our home. She promptly answered us every time and was very understanding and accommodating. It was such a relief to have everything we needed in the Berry house. It is stocked with everything you may need, just as if you were home!
