Welcome to Windsor Way Retreat, a beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home in Norman designed to comfortably host up to 8 guests. Located just minutes from the University of Oklahoma, this family friendly retreat is a great choice for OU game days, graduations, campus visits, group getaways, business trips, or a relaxing stay in Norman.

Inside, the bright open concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. The living area offers comfortable seating for movie nights and downtime, while the modern kitchen includes the essentials needed for preparing meals during both short and extended stays.

Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with a twin trundle offering two twin sleeping spaces. Bedroom 4 also includes a dedicated workspace, making the home a convenient option for remote work or longer stays. Two full bathrooms with updated finishes provide added comfort for families and groups.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private backyard with a fire pit and space to relax or gather in the evenings.

Please note the following house policies and important information. This home is dog friendly only. A $150 non refundable pet fee is added after booking, and unauthorized pets or pet policy violations may result in a $300 fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and a $250 violation fee applies. Returned lost items are subject to a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Reservations longer than 21 days include a $50 long term cleaning fee. A complimentary starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided, and guests on longer stays should plan to restock as needed.

Standard check in is at 4:00 PM and standard check out is at 10:00 AM. Early check in requests must be made the day before or the day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, early check in is charged at $15 per hour for each hour before 4:00 PM. Late check out requests must be made the day before departure and, if approved, are charged at $20 per hour for each hour after 10:00 AM.
