âsignage is a joke. the people at the front desk were not cool. i saw a bigger Hispanic man that was working behind the desk, walk into the breakfast room open up the sausage tray and stick his hand in and took some sausage out. It was disgusting, sundries, and food available for purchase for your customers was very limited, the room was very dirty. The cooler was very dirty.â
âBeautiful decor. Amenities were great. Laundry on site and included was a nice perk. The breakfast was very tasty and had some delicious hot food. The desk attendant was wonderful and had great advice for the area.â

âHousekeeping serviced the room every 3rd day, and they cleaned it thoroughly at that time. Older hotel but well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and good. All staff was helpful and friendly. Perfect location for Boathouse District, Bricktown and hospitals.â

âI left a briefcase with my laptop in the hotel room and did not discover that until I was a 12 hour drive away. I called the hotel and they had nothing turned into list & found. But the front desk said housekeeping has a separate log and they would check in the morning. But 5 mins later I get a text saying housekeeping has the bag and laptop! How honest and trustworthy!
The hotel even had a service for me to get the laptop and briefcase returned within a couple days. Two days later it was air...
âEverything but the price. Bought the room at midnight and theybshould have issued a disclunt but didnt.
They also dont accept chime credit cards which also made my life a headache.
Other than that they were great, helpful and responsive.â

âEverything is good! The food was amazing and the staff were all nice except the day we were gonna check out they said checkout time was 12 pm and a maid walked in on us at 8:30 in the morning..â
âLovely, efficient room with a nice view. Lots of place to stash things to keep organized. Lovely, well-lit bath. Clean, well-stocked, and lively breakfast area. Didn't take advantage of the evening event, but heard from friends that it was equally pleasant. Would definitely stay again.â
