Its convenient and affordable for a quick respite, with hot shower. The train tracks are directly behind the parking, and the rescue station is on the same road, otherwise quiet and uneventful. I feel safe here. The bed and linens are clean and comfortable. The tub and shower has been scrubbed. The floors have some missed corners but ive seen and paid for much worse. This was a fountain in the desert on my trip.

One great feature of the property is tgat there are no hidden fees or deposits. Room was clean and bright. Matress was firm and comfortable. TV was small, but had a plethora of channels to choose from.

I wouldn't if I wasn't needing to stay here
The owners are not very friendly. I reserved and paid for my room online. When I got there to get checked in it was a hassle. Then I was there for two days and needed to extend it by 1 more day. When I wentto pay the lady got all upset and mad because I smoked cigarettes in the room. Well I reserved a smoking room and when I went in the room there was not only one but two ash trays in the room and she was going to charge me a penalty for the room because the night clerk gave me the wrong wrong room. I refused to pay that. I didn't know it was a nonsmoking room

I'd asked for a printed receipt the following morning and it didn't give me a total and said I'd paid in cash even tough I paid with credit card. The only charge on my card from the host/facility was for 10.00 for a pet fee I thought I'd paid when booking the room. I looked back on and fee wasn't on original charge so ok with that. I'd informed expedia of two requests when booking. A ground floor room due to disabilities and my cat. Seems neither was passed along or was missed by facility staff. Room had two beds and one had a yellow stained white spread on it. Both me and my cat stayed away from that piece of furniture. Wish TV had a sleep timer function. Staff nice to me at check in.

Nasty!!!!!! Staff was nice. Manager stated that they are a 3 star and I should not expect a clean room. Asked for clean sheets hotel stated that they changed them and didnt towels were dirty. Men stood outside the rooms and parking lot made us feel unsafe. Never again. Next time Ill just spend the extra money and stay at the holiday inn

Not clean, not very comfortable, hard to find the staff for help. The staff was nice when you finally found them for help. Property looks like an abandoned hotel. Outrageous prices.

when we checked into the place, the clerk did not seem to understand how to explain the way around the property. She told us to park in the back and go to the elevators around the side. Once we did, we found out our room was on the ground level at the front of the hotel. My elderly mother was having a difficult time moving around and it was more work to have to go back and forth. We asked if she could give her a ground level room to which she said she did not have any. But we actually had one so we had to switch. Did not make sense.

We could tell that the property is in the process of being updated and improved. The place was well taken care of and they take pride in what they are doing. It was a pleasant stay.

The motel did not have my reservation down, also had to pay an extra $20 to have a room. Also, it was so damp in the room the floor stayed wet.

Booked through hotels com got to front desk and she told me only one available was with no air conditioning, I have a 2 year old, I needed air conditioning. Then I had to pay extra, for a bigger room I didn't need or initially book.

Stained duvets on both beds which was disgusting and towels looked like they could use some bleach. Sketchy area of town. Cleaning person came in after first night stay and upon our late return at night the room reeked of weed. No towels were left to replace what was collected. Bathroom was dirty. Owner/manager was friendly but this hotel is a dump.

Not even sub par conditions
I was not happy to find out once I checked in that the pool was inoperable. There were several dozen people just walking around the parking lot and up and down the halls al night. Loud music and heavy weed smells. There were guests with dogs off of their leashes and trying to follow into my room. The towels were nasty and stained with yellow stuff. There were several hairs in the shower and in the bed. The sheets and top blanket was ripped.

Hotel is very dated from the outside and a bit dirty on the side walks. One trash can was located near the front office which was inconvenient. Room was very pricey.. and limited options for continental breakfast But room was very clean and had a comfy bed.

This hotel does not look like the pictures on line. No light in the sink area- they had a floor lamp in the corner with no shade. Towels were stained and need replacing. There were some late night guests having a party outside their rooms, and noisy past 2 am.
