The customer representative at the front desk demonstrated excellence. I appreciated his kindness and welcoming demeanor. When I mentioned my fatigue, he attentively listened and arranged a room in a quieter section of the hotel, ensuring I could enjoy some much-needed rest. I was thoroughly impressed.

Great place to stay
Everything was great about our stay. When we checked in we were asked why we were there. We explained and the guy checking us in mentioned that there were two travel teams there and he was going to put us on the top floor at the end of the hall so we would be away from them as much as possible. We didn’t hear them at all. Room was great. No complaints. Will definitely be staying here again.

OUTSTANIDNG STAFF
You staff was OUTSTANDING! They accommodated us as we arrived early for the Chief football game. We had 5 check-ins, at different times. They assisted us in making sure no one was charged on the wrong credit card. VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL...They didn't get worked up, but took our concerns seriously. CONGRATS to them!

We enjoyed our stay, hotel is immaculate. Beds comfy. Love the soft and firm pillows.Appreciate the refillable bottles of Dove products to eliminate the tiny hotel bottles that get trashed.

Will Not Be Returning for Sure!
Breakfast was the worst HIE experience I've ever had. Completely rude and unaccomodating staff. No trucker parking besides the street, which you have to go in beforehand and ask about to know. Rooms weren't the cleanest - bathrooms are outdated and need updating.

Only stayed for one night but it was enjoyable. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, indoor pool was nice and it was great to wake up to a free breakfast. I do recommend getting to the breakfast early. We went at two separate times once 30min after it opened and once an hour before it closed and they do not restock it through the morning.

This place was great! Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great, breakfast was good. Even did a load of laundry which didn’t take long! Staff was very friendly. I absolutely would stay here again. I even added this place to my “favorites” on my map app.

This is a fantastic hotel that’s better than comparable hotels in this price range. Everything seems new, bed/pillow are comfortable. It’s a good-sized room and bathroom. And the overall design of the room checks off all the important boxes - comfortable office chair, generous number of outlets and USB Charging ports, convenient lighting and light switches, large shower, microwave, refrigerator, iron, horizontal laptop safe. The Breakfast area was clean with plenty of food choices. We’d definitely put this at the top of the list when we are in town.
