“This is my third time renting from Havana Lofts - twice with family and this time with a friend. I lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and I always like to stay back in the neighborhood when I come to Philadelphia. The apartment is well located in Olde City close to restaurants and shops. It is also close to the historic visitor sights. There's a nice cafe downstairs (Torchwood) and others are just a few mintues walk. Havana was accommodating with a slight change in our stay as well...

“Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. ”

“The booking agent had issues with processing payments. However when everything with our stay went badly with the host, they were supportive. Ultimately they failed to remedy the bad situation. The host was threatening and abusive. The host attempted to cheat me. Asking for additional money (just about the cost of the complete stay) after we'd already checked in. This was never brought up prior to booking or when speaking with Havana directly The booking agent said this was even against the host...
