“Apartment was exactly as described. Staff was very responsive, respectful, and professional. Unit was overall clean, except for the moderate amount of food crumbs under the couch cushions. Also, place was advertised as "pet friendly" but there wasn't a place for my dog to use the bathroom, run/play. I had to leave the property to find an area for my dog to relieve herself which was very inconvenient.”

“A college buddy & me checked in at 4pm after a day of golf, got the parking lot info quickly from front desk, parked and were in the unit pretty easily. Relaxed and got ready for the concert. Loved the high ceilings and ”

“The stay was good. I would stay here again. Would recommend an additional accent chair or two and shades or blackout blinds. Was uncertain about parking, so we reserved a place in the lot. Reservation process is quite cumbersome. Lots of VRBO emails and codes to keep track of. Check in/out process was a bit confusing. Fortunately the front desk was very patient and helped us out without any issues. Two bottles of water for four people was not enough and no ice.”

“The condo was fine, but it was very sparse, no extra blankets or amenities. Fine. But, the dog park on the roof was closed, which was a KEY consideration when booking downtown because I am disabled and have a service dog. When I asked the very rough looking person at the front desk where I should walk my dog, they replied "You? You should not be on this street after dark. You walk in front of the door and I will keep an eye on you." I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, the plants in the...

“We enjoyed our stay here as it was spacious, close to different locations we were interested in and the pictures matched the place. However, we were unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the place. When we arrived we noticed the coffee table in the living room was not clean, the towels were not clean, and the top sheet on one of the beds appeared to have stains.”
