“We absolutely fell in love with the Bayfront Westcott House! From the minute we walked in Sandy welcomed us with a warm smile . The room had two balconies overlooking Marine st . It truly was a charming home with the perfect combination of modern amenities! We especially enjoyed delicious breakfast and happy hour. This will definitely be our place to escape to every time we want to getaway. Fyi parking is only few short blocks from the house. Absolutely loved our stay”

“Had to walk to my car. Car parking is off site several blocks. Good thing it was not raining. We stayed there 3 days. If you suffer from knee pain, to get to the room you must go up stairs. That was the worst. I did not read anything online indicating rooms were upstairs. The room had a funky smell when we arrived. When the window a/c was turned on, the smell was nasty. “Didn't have extra sheets in the lake house, floors seemed like they could have use a good sweeping and mopping, it was a great location for downtown, plenty of space in the lake house, just really needed more towels, sheets, coffee and cream, usually the first evening we get there we use the laundry detergent provided, coffee, cream, salt and pepper till we get to the store in the morning none of that was available. I would definitely stay here again though I'll just make sure I've got that...

“The location is convenient to everything in Saint Augustine and Saint Augustine Beach. The staff was very professional. Breakfast was OK, not great, but OK. It seems all hotels are serving those fluorescent yellow reconstituted scrambled eggs. YUCK! I did have yogurt and hot coffee.”

“The room was extremely dirty. The towels appeared only partially clean, the curtains were stained, and the bathtub was filthy. There was hair in the bed when we arrived, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. The pool was also filled with sand and poorly maintained.
