“The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.”

“As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. “The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”
