“Everything was great from the staff to the room. However, they really need to some cleaning on the pool, i understand that it is outside but the filters were extremely dirty and was stopping the water from filtering. The pool was heavily used the night before and we were hoping to swim in the morning but just couldn't get into the water because it was so cloudy and dirty.”

“The Boise Guest House is our goto place to stay when we come to Boise for an event. It's always quiet, and there's a small backyard with tables and chairs to sit in. Checking in is always easy. The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again.”

“Had a great stay in Boise! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the connection to the restaurant was such a nice bonus. The location was also perfect—very centrally located and close to everything, which made getting around super easy. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay, and I’d definitely come back.”

“The Hampton Inn & Suites downtown is accessible to cafes, restaurants, arts, and outdoors! We loved our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great! Fitness room also. A laundry room is also available. Parking was easy for an additional $20 a day.”

“We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

“Very centrally located, very clean area. It was close to a greenbelt to Payette Brewery with activities. There is a big food court area in the Warehouse and a Trader Joe’s super close. There are several breakfast offerings that you can get in a half order (the mimosas can be made with any juice, I recommend grapefruit). Fantastic Bloody Marys, they have a special one for weekend brunch which I highly recommend. All of the staff were especially friendly.”
