“Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast is good, air conditioning kept the room cold. Everything is clean and the hotel is in a good position to restaurants, some are within walking distance, grocery stores and outdoor activities. ”

“We stayed in the school house which was very cute, but were quickly disappointed. Our sheets were dirty. We were able to obtain clean sheets and changed ourselves. We killed two large water bug roaches in the bathroom. The outdoor sitting area was dirty. Location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. ”

“Staff was excellent. The gentleman in the afternoon shift was very welcoming. He was ready to offer great suggestions for dining in Boerne. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had a nice stay and it was a very convenient drive to the town and great access to the expressway!”

“Great hotel, nice breakfast. You have to tell them if you want the room cleaned and new towels etc. This is in general great, but I was not informed about it. No gym, but a nice pool area.”

“Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts. Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We will be staying there again.”

“There is no one on site at the property. I had to call to get info to check in my room. I have to call to put a credit card deposit for amenities although there are no amenities. No breakfast and a lot of dead bugs”

“Poorly staffed restaurant; they were good though. The room and the building of the room was horrific and in dire need of maintenance and updating. I feel ripped off. The property has much potential, but the rooms *8 of us traveled here* were in poor condition. The footprint/floorplan is excellent but needs major repairs and renovation. My door stuck ”

“Parking was fine. Tight in the front and side but plentiful in the back. Hotel was pretty good. Room was clean. Lobby was clean. Really great experience. Breakfast was limited with choices but got the job done. Nothing great but nothing bad either. Just to get you through the day. Breakfast area was very tight but the lobby seating was plentiful. Get there early lol. Great experience. 7/10.”
