Upon entering through the second-floor porch, you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious open-concept living room and kitchen, designed for relaxation and entertaining. The living room is perfect for lounging with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine (with complimentary coffee and creamers), and island seating for three, with stunning ocean views.

★Bedrooms & Bathrooms★

✔Primary Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed with an adjustable frame, room-darkening shades, and a large bureau. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hair dryer, iron, and luxury toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
✔Second Bedroom: Includes two full-sized beds and a twin bed, making it ideal for families. This bedroom also features room-darkening shades and has an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower and all necessary toiletries.

✔ Parking: For your convenience, Unit 4 includes ONE on-site parking spot. Please note that these are tight parking spaces, and oversized SUVs or pick-up trucks may not fit. Should you need additional parking, a second spot is available one street over at a daily rate, subject to availability. Limited street parking may also be available, depending on the time of year you travel.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to Unit 4 of this five-unit property. Each unit has a separate entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. As a guest of Unit 4, you will have shared access to the upper deck, front porch, and patio.

-SECURITY CAMERAS: We have NINE EXTERIOR Security cameras throughout the property (5) doorbell cameras at the entry of each unit, (1) at the front entry door, (1) at the corner of the studio apartment facing the parking spots, (1) outside Unit 3, facing the parking spots, and (1) outside Unit 4, facing the street. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
This is Unit #1. Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
