“Nice hotel, probably the best you are going to find in downtown Sacramento, very historic. Great rooms, beautiful restaurant. If you plan on walking anywhere, be prepared to be approached by aggressive homeless and panhandlers. Not the hotels fault, the city doesn't seem to care about this problem, in fact they seem to welcome it. Parking is $47 - A DAY! Valet only, add a tip to that!”

“The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. “Clean, quiet hotel within easy walking distance of Sutter Health Park. There is a charge to park at the property in a secure lot. Great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. The property is in West Sacramento and much more affordable than lodging on the east side of the river. The neighborhood is not posh, but we never felt unsafe walking to baseball or the river. We had an enjoyable four night stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“Stayed here during a day trip with my daughter and had a great overall experience. The property was clean, appeared to be fairly new, and was conveniently located near the Capitol building.
