While website shows pancakes etc. the breakfast was biscuits and gravy with a small amount of fruit and cheap donuts. The buildings outdoor areas are nice but they should lose the tacky couches. Lots of potential here but I felt they missed the mark with dirty room and inferior breakfast.”

I think the problem that I had with Spark is that it's listed as a Hilton facility. This raises expectations. Honestly, it's more like what you would expect from a nice Super-8 than a Hilton.
