“This place should be condemned. Had 3 rooms all had issues, shower didn’t work in one, toilet ran all night TV didn’t work hair on the bathroom vanity in an another, old and needs full renovation or demolition. ”

“Air conditioning was super loud. Changed rooms, the tv stopped working. Had to go to the front desk for towels room was cleaned without me complaining once. Front desk kept telling me it was checked off so it had to be clean. Housekeeping Manager Jo took care of us on the last day we were there. She was the ONLY helpful person there. You should advise your front desk staff to not roll their eyes at complaints. ”

“There was only a couple issues with our stay. It was a standard breakfast so no complaints there, just always looking for "that special thing". The issues: hottub was over chlorinated to the extent we had to get out as it burned our eyes after 10 minutes or so. There were also no towels and when we inquired about this apparently the holiday inn's (across the parking lot) pool was out of order so the two hotels were SHARING THE POOL and per the agreement the Holiday Inn was suppose to be...
