“It appeared that the property was in the middle of a renovation and access beyond the front desk to the first floor was limited. Just a little inconvenient with luggage getting to the elevator.”

“The property manager Bill is great! He checked us in and ensured our stay was good through the end of our stay. He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. The property is charming and has a long history which gives it character. “I stayed 3 nights and had to take my own trash out, couldn't get my room cleaned, had to bring down towels for replacement. I booked an extra night during my stay and still had someone banging on my door like the police were outside, scared the life out of me. Morning staff was rude, night staff was amazing. Stairs were never vacuumed. It was an ok stay but a lot of extra work when I was just trying to relax.”
