With the beaches at Sanary-sur-Mer or Six-Fours-les-Plages 8 km away, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to a dip in the sea, but the property has a beautiful pool if you prefer to stay where it's quiet. The charming peninsula of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer retains its fishing-village feel and draws many visitors.
A minibus goes past the house to get to the village.

INTERIOR
The entrance is at the rear of the villa. The air-conditioned ground floor is comprised of a spacious living area with a modern kitchen/dining room/lounge, three air-conditioned bedrooms and a separate WC. One bedroom has a large double bed with adjoining shower room. The second has a large double bed with an adjoining shower room and WC, while the same goes for the third, but it also has a private terrace. The first floor contains a bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. These two rooms are air conditioned; they share a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate WC.

EXTERIOR
The plot is closed off by an automatic gate. Four cars can be parked at the end of the drive, one of them under cover. In front of the house is a large terrace, 20 m2 of which is roofed to provide a shaded dining area. The pool is heated, while an outdoor shower and a table football round off the facilities.

OUR OPINION
This is a beautifully renovated, fully air-conditioned holiday home with a large, easy-access swimming pool. The sliding glass door lets you open up completely to the outdoors, with a sea view that is much appreciated on fine days.
