Hotell nära Olmense Zoo

"Ligger bra till för att stanna en natt vud genomresa. Fina rum, med bra plats. Parken utanför hade en bra lekplats för barn och poolen var uppskattad en varm dag. Dock kändes parken något sunkig och utanför hotellet var och i större delen av parken var det en ofräsch doft så vi inte vet vart den kom ifrån. Vi hade bokat rum för 4 pers men på ballongen fanns bara bord och stol för två personer. Docjkvar balkongen och möblerna där ute så full av alger. löv och bös från träden så vi ville inte sitta där ute. "

"I do a lot of business travel and this is the worst hotel in years. As a business traveller I expect to have good alternatives to iron my shirts. They only had two irons at the hotel and only lend them out for a €10 deposit. The first of the irons was leaking water and I had to ask to have the other. That's when they told me they only have two. (The second iron thankfully was fine!) What was even worse was that the ironing board was a miniature version for tables and in my room there was no table. The legs on the ironing board were perhaps 4 inches (10cm) when extended which made it sink into my bed when I tried to iron in my room. To my great embarrassment I had to go down to the lobby area to do iron my shirts while other guests passed by. I can't recommend this hotel to any other business traveler. The breakfast was very simple kind of Mediterranean with a few additions. My overall review - for budget travellers it is perhaps ok but not for business travellers. If you are a business traveler then you should select another hotel."

"One of the worst hotel in my life with a really bad situation in the reception and only 1 or 2 vistits by a cleaner during one week. The same with my friends room. After the restaurant has cloosed late in the evening was it not allowed to eat take away food in the area even outside !. Because of the volume of garbage and the cost for that they say. Different service than we have ordered and even if we told him in the bar he still think ha make right. A lot of more misstakes during the whole week. The only positive was the older women in the breakfast."

"Bra och väldigt modernt hotell. Enda nackdelen var handfatet i badrummet som var designat snyggt men ej funktionsdugligt eftersom det stänkte vatten så fort kranen vreds på."
