Spacious, open, and bright the 2,800 square foot cedar sided home is designed for gatherings of up to 10 people and provides a relaxing and well equipped home for your vacation. Windows are abundant and sliding glass doors allow harmonious access to the outdoor spaces off of the upper living area and the primary suite. The kitchen is spacious and efficient with abundant storage and countertop space. The ample and airy primary suite includes a walk in closet and full bath with a jetted tub. Large open concept upper living area has a volume ceiling and a wall of windows allowing the natural light and views to flow into the home. Lower level boasts one bathroom, and two bedrooms plus a large and open second living area or “rec room” converted into a private bedroom & play room. Lower level access is a breeze from the main upper level living by way of stairs complete with landing. There is a private entry exterior door into the mud room or open the sliding glass door and step onto the aggregate concrete lower patio.

The outdoor area has a BBQ, fire pit, outdoor living area and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. It has been furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. The landscaping is understated yet incredible. Mature, simple, lush, and comfortable. Lawn extends to the water’s edge with a gentle slope. No dirt, rocks, pine needles will be under your feet as you walk from the home to the water. It's a park-like setting on the street and lakeside. A cozy and comfortable campfire area is welcoming. Exterior hot/cold shower is adjacent to the aggregate concrete floored “mud room” off of the lower level. These are a few of the examples of the simple yet considerate elements of the home and property’s design.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets) allowing you to explore the Lake Limerick area. A short distance around the lake you will find a cozy cafe, restaurant, lovely nine hole golf course and pro shop.
