Overlooking the private chairlift at Palisades Tahoe, this well-appointed suite provides ski-in/ski-out access to world-class terrain! A large window delivers excellent mountain views right to your room, and you'll appreciate the convenient kitchenette and spacious writing desk. This studio accommodates up to four guests between two plush queen-size beds in the sleeping space. The en suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Glide home from the slopes to enjoy a host of wonderful resort amenities including two heated pools, a kids' pool, and hot tubs. A cross-country ski area and an ice skating rink promise even more winter fun. In warmer weather, make use of the stocked fly-fishing pond, the tennis courts, and a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating, rafting, and paddleboarding.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
