Glide home from the slopes to enjoy a host of wonderful amenities. Two heated pools and a kids' pool with a slide provide hours of fun. Unwind in the hot tubs or book an appointment at the full-service spa. Extra on-site perks include an ice-skating rink, groomed cross-country ski trails, a fly-fishing pond, and a professional-grade golf course. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating, rafting, and paddleboarding.

Watch favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. The writing desk by the windows presents a scenic workspace. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, an insulated ice bucket, and a Keurig coffee maker.

This studio sleeps four guests between two queen beds in the sleeping space. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Visitor Valet $40/hr,
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.

Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
