“Ski in ski out location. Fantastic hotel with large rooms and indoor fire pit. Staff were extremely helpful. Having a vehicle is preferable to go to and from town but they do run a shuttle Service free of charge.”

“Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. Really enjoyed staying here and it made it incredibly easy to walk to and from the train station to get bus tickets. Would definitely tell friends to stay here in the future. ”

“We loved our stay here. Shuto and Yuya were excellent hosts. This place definitely gives off hostel/community vibes however you get the comfort of your own room. Convenient location. It’s hard to get around town if you don’t have a car but there are a few shuttles running throughout the day. ”

“We had a great stay at Hakuba Sun Valley. Our room was perfect - a mix of western bed with Japanese futons at the loft which the kids loved so much. The location is great - less than 5 min walking distance to the Iimori ski resort where we had our lessons. The staffs were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the chat with them during breakfast and dinner, and they did their best to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The food was wonderful and really happy to be welcomed with dinner...
