On Friday night, I got this email and thought I made the reservation for the wrong date. When I tried to call the man I spoke to was difficult to understand and gave me a different number to call and said it so fast that I had to ask him to repeat it. Plus he was either ignoring me between questions or there was a huge delay in hearing my questions. He was rude I was so upset that I made a mistake and may not have a room. He gave the front desk of the hotel and I found out I had a reservation and your email was incorrect. The girl at the front desk was kind.
