I booked two nights on Expedia. My flight was cancelled from Chicago to Omaha. When I arrived the next day, and arrived at the hotel, they notified me that my room had been resold and nothing was available. The hotel felt no obligation and told me I needed to take this up with Expedia. Probably the last time I will book with Expedia since this seems to give the provider, United Airlines and Hilton from having any obligation to provide services.
