It's hard to call anything perfect, but this property truly exceeded our expectations. It had everything our family needed—enough rooms and beds for adults, teens, little ones, and even a pack-and-play for our 10-month-old. Every bedroom and bathroom was spotless, well-stocked, and ready for us to settle in comfortably.The game room was a huge hit with the kids and teens, who were thrilled with the old-school arcade games and multiple TVs for their Xbox and Nintendo Switch marathons. The theater room became our cozy hub for Christmas movies, though the oversized recliners often lulled us into naps before the credits rolled!One unforgettable moment was Grandpa (Me, at 53 years old and 5' 6") dunking a basketball in the recreation area—thanks to the adjustable hoop (a little secret they didn’t need to know!). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious family meals, making it easy to enjoy breakfast and dinner together every day.A special shoutout to Heather for the thoughtful Christmas decorations, which made our stay even more magical. Thank you for an incredible holiday getaway!

Our family loved our stay at the Oasis. It is such a unique and fun place to stay. The extreme heat kept us off of the fun roof during the day, but we enjoyed it early and late in the day. The huge indoor play area had large fans to help with the heat and the kids had so much fun there. The game room and theatre were used a lot. Issues with heat in the yellow house were quickly resolved by Heather who was super responsive to all our questions. A place we will never forget!

Amazing time for our family of 3 generations ranging from 16 - 86 years of age! All of us enjoyed separate bedrooms and bathrooms with enough privacy as needed, but then common areas for dining, board games, and socializing when we wanted to be all together! The kitchen was large and well-stocked for us to do our own cooking. We enjoyed walking to the Old Market for shopping and sightseeing. Our Host was very responsive when we had questions or a small maintenance issue. We are already planning our next Family Gathering and can’t wait to return to the Downtown Omaha Oasis!

We were all genuinely blown away by everything the Oasis had to offer, and our stay in Omaha was amazing due in large part to what this property had to offer. It has to be seen to be fully appreciated. It could even be used as a space to entertain an adult birthday party, a graduation open house, etc. We were a range of ages from 13 to 70 — we were ALL happy!

This place is a maze and amazing. Every time we thought we'd seen everything, another door opened to a new space! We loved the spacious accommodations, the vast amenities (full gym, basketball, foosball, theater room, hot tub), and large gathering spaces!!! In addition, we loved the 2 full kitchems and kitchenette that allowed us to cater to gluten free family members and picky eaters! Heather was a dream to work with. Communication was quick and easy, and she checked in with us to make sure we didnt have any questions or concerns. We are very happy with our decision to utilize this property for our family and would not hesitate to do so again.

The house was great. Totally unique with an outstanding roof patio. You simply can’t beat the location. Within walking distance to everything cool in downtown Omaha. The hosts were also super nice and accommodating. Thanks again for everything.

It’s a quirky, huge space that worked great for our group of 5 families. The good points: the huge indoor play area (for kids), the rooftop if the weather is nice, the assortment of games/movies and the nice home theater. The video game room is fun. The property manager was awesome. The medium points: the main kitchen is crowded for more than 1 cook. The main living room is smallish. There are two awesome bedroom areas, so not everyone gets a fancy sleeping area. The bad points: This is not an accessible venue for elders or disabled people who have mobility issues. No elevator, very rustic brick parking area that is very bumpy, and one shallow step by the dining room that most of us tripped on a few times. (We had two people fall during our visit.) But this place has character and it is fun to explore. All the extra touches like a fully equipped kitchen were very appreciated.

It was an epic stay!!! The house beyond expectations. The photos were amazing, we were so excited to visit. Upon arrival the home was better than the photos!!! It was a labyrinth of amazing rooms and fun family activities!!! We will definitely be back for our next visit to Omaha!!

Thank you for sharing your property. The roof top deck was enjoyed by the younger members of the group. The kitchen/dining room/parking was adequate for our group size. We found the “maze” like layout challenging..especially the multiple stairs and step ups. The air conditioning in the additional outside bedroom was inadequate. Occupants of that room were forced to leave the fans running all night. I found this property did not lean well to those with ambulatory handicaps right from the entry steps. There was nothing on the listing that alerted me to this fact.

About 15 of our coworkers / coworkers' spouses stayed here during a conference. It was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room to house everyone, and plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing! The amenities are phenomenal. DEFINITELY want to use this property again for future events!

We had an amazing celebration for my mother's 80th birthday. Children, young adults, and 80 year olds all had a blast enjoying this incredibly unique place to stay! We had 40+ people celebrating and this place delivered. When we arrived we could not believe how spotlessly clean it was and the pictures do not do it justice. The hostess, Heather, is the most responsive and accommodating hostess we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful long weekend!

We stayed the weekend, and used this space for our daughters graduation party. Plenty of room for our entire family to stay
plus some! We enjoyed so many of the activities (theatre room, arcade, rooftop bar/fireplace/games) and everything was provided that we could have possibly needed. The owners were easy to work with, flexible, and always available to answer questions and help with our needs. I highly recommend staying at the Downtown Omaha Oasis. We will definitely be back!

My family and friends had a great time here over the course of a four-day weekend. First, I'll get the not-so-great out of the way: This is an older building, and it showed its age once or twice over the course of our stay. The layout of it is kind of a maze, with its various rooms on the main floor just kind of strung together. One of the bedrooms served as the main walkway from one end of the building to another, and the master bedroom is uncomfortably close to two other bedrooms. Most of the rooms also had a smell from an air freshener that I personally didn't care for much, but that is a personal issue. Everything else about the stay was excellent. There was plenty of opportunity for entertainment between the theater, game room, and board game collection. A large rec space was perfect for our larger events, and the proximity to the Old Market meant that even more fun was just a short walk away. The owner is super friendly, and was always available for any questions that we had. My only real regret was that we kept so busy that I felt like we weren't able to use the place to its full potential. We will definitely be looking at this property again for similar family gatherings in the future!

It was so great to feel like truly home away from home. So great for families with kids. Great to have the different themes in the rooms. Kids loved the game room and theater. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the roof top.
